We would like to welcome running blogger Bri Wilson to our site. Bri is currently training for her seventh GoodLife Fitness Victoria Marathon. This will be her second try at qualifying for Boston and so she has been training hard over the last few weeks. Bri will be sharing her blog with us as the weeks’ countdown to October 9. Bri is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and freelance fitness and health writer based in Victoria. When she’s not in the gym or outside exploring the island’s many incredible trails, she’s helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through her online coaching service, Koru Personal Training.
