Personalize your GoodLife Fitness Victoria Marathon Finisher Medal with an iTaB. The iTaB is a plate engraved with your NAME and finish TIME, which fits neatly on the back of your medal; after the race your iTaB will be engraved and mailed to you. Until September 15, you can make your own transfers and downgrades/upgrades. After September 15, no transfers are allowed and upgrades/downgrades are done at Race Package Pickup.
- Downgrades – There are no refunds associated with downgrades.
- Upgrades – You will pay an additional fee. Your original entry fee serves as a credit towards the current entry fee.
- Edit other items in your registration file – Some changes can be made online through your Race Roster account (if you do not have an account, create one here). If you need assistance, please contact us.
To make any of these changes above, login to your Race Roster Account and on the right hand side there is a tab to Transfer your registration. Click on that button to either upgrade/downgrade or transfer to another person and follow the instructions. To upgrade/downgrade there is a $5 admin fee. To transfer to another person there is a $10 admin fee.
Add tickets, iTab and/or post-race massage – Add tickets/iTab/massage to your registration after you have registered by contacting our Registrar. Tickets for the Carbo Gala Dinner and Course Tours are subject to availability; check at the tickets kiosk at the Race Expo on race weekend. Space is not guaranteed to participants registering for post-race massage on race weekend; visit the massage desk in the Expo area on Friday and Saturday for any available post-race spots.
ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-DEFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15, REGISTRATIONS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL. SEE ABOVE.
Note: Course Tours, Carbo Gala Dinner, and post-race massage are refundable until August 31st with a written request.
