Why Pacing is So Important

It’s five weeks until Marathon weekend and Marilyn Arsenault from Mindful Strides and AJ from Ocean 98.5 are back with some great tips on pacing. Going out too fast is a common issue for many runners and often we run faster than we should. This could result in bonking or, even worse, injury. This is why pacing is so important.
