Join us for our Fuel Up Buffet Dinner & Celebration

In 1980, Terry Fox started his Marathon of Hope. That same year, the Royal Victoria Marathon had its inaugural event.

He will be joining the event as the keynote speaker for the Fuel Up Buffet Dinner & Celebration on Saturday, October 11 at the Grand Pacific Hotel. Darrell will share his brother Terry’s motivation and strength, and will provide insights into his remarkable journey that will inspire you and get you race ready.  “The Victoria Marathon was one of the best races I’ve ever attended! There was a sense of community that you just don’t see or feel in other big races. In Victoria, the whole city seemed to embrace the event, and the race totally embraced the environment. The overwhelming spirit of human accomplishment is front and centre in Victoria”

Kathrine Switzer, Marathon Woman
